1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 7msport services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a region or country where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently banned or restricted from using gambling services by court order, legal requirement, or a self-exclusion programme.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only at 7msport. Owning more than one account under the same individual — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Using an active email address that belongs to you.
• Providing a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Setting a strong and unique password for your account.
• Providing accurate bank details for fund withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Please ensure your password is not shared with anyone and that you log out after each session, especially on shared devices.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

7msport supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10.00 for most payment methods.

Withdrawal:

5 Bonus & Promotions

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 7msport platform must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. Outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and non-disputable.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 7msport will resolve the issue based on valid server records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and will be displayed within the game interface.
• For live sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the applicable odds — any odds changes after the bet is accepted do not affect existing bets.
• 7msport reserves the right to void any bets accepted in error or due to an obvious technical fault.

All winnings generated through legitimate gaming activity will be automatically credited to your account balance once the match or game result is confirmed. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the date of the incident.

7 Prohibited Use

Use of the 7msport platform is strictly limited to lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• A member is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A member does not meet the age or jurisdictional eligibility requirements.
• A member has requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or inaccurate.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 7msport reserves the right to hold all balances in that account while conducting an internal investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the relevant balance may be forfeited and reported to the authorities.

10 Liability Limits
